This will require support for the "skip" fw_cfg operation, which necessitates several patches for QemuFwCfgLib (lib class header and both library instances).

Updating the summary, and tagging ArmVirtPkg as affected.

The QEMU_LOADER_WRITE_POINTER impl will have to wait a little for the upstream QEMU code.
